We're different because we have lots of different primal cuts available from our very own full-blood Cabassi WA5yu beef. We patiently prepare 42 day DRY AGE Wagyu steaks from our Himalayan salt DRY AGE ROOM & everyday our artisan butchers & chefs develop fresh, house-made pastries, sausages & tasty meat dishes that are quick & easy to cook at home. All of which are complemented by our take home bottled wines & cider.
